- Email Lauren (email@example.com) for full uniform issues/returns. Include the student's full name and all items checked out (or returned).
- Use the Uniform Change form for small changes
- Record your office hours in the Office Hours Log form
- Use the Repair/Damages Report form to record any uniform loss/damage. If they are given a replacement piece, don't forget to use the Uniform Change form to make a note of it!
